NuPlanet were appointed to provide building compliance services on this 5-bedroom house designed by Turner Works in collaboration with Baobab Developments.  Set around a central swimming pool and landscaped courtyard space, a wildflower roof improves thermal comfort and enhances site biodiversity.

SAP and water calculations were carried out during the building regulation and construction phases with air & sound testing post construction.

This project went on to win a RIBA South East Award.

*Calculated using Southern Water 2024/25 water tariff.

We have worked with NuPlanet on several schemes now and have always appreciated their collaborative and informed approach. Their areas of expertise are complicated ones and getting them designed and integrated into the overall build is critical to the successful delivery of our projects and on each occasion, Charlie and his team are able to communicate well with other design stakeholders and maintain a holistic and detailed understanding of how buildings work allowing their areas of design to be woven into the fabric of the building, mindful of both form and function. I would heartily recommend NuPlanet to anyone looking for such service.
