NuPlanet were appointed as a delivery partner alongside GDS Chartered Surveyors to provide retrofit assessments and strategies under Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Wave 2.
Our retrofit assessors carried out assessments on 155 properties in South East London with additional improvement option evaluation undertaken on all dwellings by our experienced SAP assessment team.
Developed strategies highlighted routes to achieve a C rated EPC and maximum space heating demand (SHD) targets of 90kWh/m2/yr. as part of a medium-term plan.
Our building performance consultants identified measures that would not only satisfy PAS2035 but also improve thermal comfort and reduce running costs for the tenants.
A range of additional building performance services have been offered to support the retrofit design including U-value calculations, thermal bridge and condensation risk analysis.
