Compliance: Meeting changing demands
Compliance with building regulations is changing to move towards a low carbon future. Whilst we support these improvements, we appreciate that they can create challenges for the client and design team, especially if consideration is not given early enough in the design process.
Thermal bridge analysis, overheating risk, ventilation requirements, renewables, reduced water consumption and low carbon heating systems all need thought and evaluation.
Our team of specialists offer a complete building compliance service, from early concept analysis, detailed design assessment and post construction testing, right through to delivery of final sign off documents & EPCs.
Expertise You Can Trust
NuPlanet have provided building compliance assessment and support to design teams since 2011. We understand the demands modern building regulations require of a project, be it a small domestic extension right through to a large mixed used regeneration scheme.
Our experienced team of consultants offer a holistic and pragmatic approach in helping our clients to find a solution to achieve their ambitions.
