Retrofit coordinators are responsible for coordinating the retrofit of individual properties or large scale retrofit programmes. Their role is central to retrofit programmes achieving their intended goals by ensuring that the proposed measures, as outlined in the retrofit plan, are correctly installed through onsite monitoring. On completion, warranties and post retrofit information is collated and uploaded to Trustmark Data Warehouse.

We provide PAS2035 retrofit coordination services for social housing providers, private landlords and homeowners creating an Improvement Option Evaluation (IOE) and Medium Term Plan (MTP) for all properties. Once the EPC targets have been met, the MTP sets out the blue print for the low carbon footprint of each property.
