Retrofit strategies

Our retrofit strategies are designed to create a blueprint for the decarbonisation of existing buildings. We identify the most effective measures, such as enhanced fabric improvements, low carbon heating options, hot water, ventilation and renewable systems.

Each measure is modelled to assess environmental impact and potential reductions in carbon emissions and energy bills. Buildings can be modelled in full SAP or PHPP dependant on the project goals.
