Set over three blocks, this mixed-use development created much needed office space and 148 residential dwellings repurposing a former car dealership site close to Hove Station. 

NuPlanet were appointed to undertake a BREEAM pre-assessment and provide an energy and sustainability strategy. Overheating analysis was undertaken to demonstrate TM59 and TM52 compliance which was then used to develop the final ventilation strategy.
