Replacing a former pub, this six-storey mixed use scheme proposes 34 apartments and a café on a prominent corner plot on the A259 within the Fishersgate & Southwick area of Shoreham Harbour. 

NuPlanet were appointed to develop an energy and sustainability strategy and BREEAM pre-assessment to support the planning application to demonstrate that the scheme could achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.  Permission was granted and we were pleased to received feedback that NuPlanet’s involvement was integral to the success of the application.
