NuPlanet were appointed by Baobab Developments as part of the design team for this modern, 9 apartment development in Purley, Surrey.

Using our energy strategy as a blueprint for detailed design, our client adopted various technologies such as the exhaust air heat pump systems to service the heat and hot water demand with mechanical extract ventilation (MEV) in each apartment.

NuPlanet also provided post construction services in accordance with building regulation requirements. This included air pressure, sound and ventilation testing in conjunction with as-built  SAP and water calculations.

We have worked with NuPlanet on several schemes now and have always appreciated their collaborative and informed approach. Their areas of expertise are complicated ones and getting them designed and integrated into the overall build is critical to the successful delivery of our projects and on each occasion, Charlie and his team are able to communicate well with other design stakeholders and maintain a holistic and detailed understanding of how buildings work allowing their areas of design to be woven into the fabric of the building, mindful of both form and function. I would heartily recommend NuPlanet to anyone looking for such service.
