NuPlanet were initially appointed at the concept stage to produce an energy and sustainability strategy in support of the planning application. This helped to secure permission to replace a dated, detached house with a block of seven new apartments and a pair of semi-detached, three-bedroom houses by St Ann's Well Gardens in Hove.
Working closely with the design team for the duration of the project, NuPlanet also provided SAP and water calculations through to practical completion. Post construction, air and sound testing of all properties were undertaken.
