NuPlanet worked closely with John Pardey Architects to provide building compliance services for this river side house which replaced a derelict 19th century cottage.
Due to the remote location, we implemented several renewable and low carbon systems. These included a photovoltaic array, a ground source heat pump and a battery storage system. A freshwater borehole & filtration system was installed to provide a fresh water supply to the new house.
*Calculated using Southern Water 2024/25 water tariff.
