Minimising water consumption in new homes is a key requirement from Part G of the Approved Documents. The regulations set a maximum usage of 125 litres per person per day (l/p/d), with planning authorities able to reduce that further within their planning policies.

We provide flow rate targets at the design stage to ensure specifications will meet compliance. Further calculations are provided once installations are complete to demonstrate that they meet building control and planning requirements.
